A deviant Manchester Paedophile has been incarcerated after he restrained and sexually attacked a girl. Saqib Hussain, 36, also reached towards the top of his victim during a subsequent episode. Both incidents occurred at a residence in Manchester in March 2023.
Saqib Hussain has been sentenced to three years and nine months of incarceration at Manchester Crown Square Court on January 16.
Personal Computer Alisha Blackburn, from GMP’s Child Protection Investigation Unit, labelled Saqib Hussain a ‘abhorrent perpetrator’ and expressed gratitude to the victim for her resilience.
She stated: “I hope this sentencing offers some solace to the victims and their families, knowing that this reprehensible offender is incarcerated and unable to harm vulnerable children.”
“With the help of colleagues in the Metropolitan Police, they were promptly able to arrest Saqib Hussain on suspicion of sexual assault by touching on a female child under 13 and assault.
“I must thank the victim and their family for having the strength and courage to come forward and allow us to fully investigate this case.
“We encourage anyone who has been a victim of sexual assault, or knows someone who has, to come forward and speak to the police. We will listen to you and we will investigate.”
