A Paedophile plasterer from Catford, Mark Ginn, sent sexual messages and photos to a 13-year-old girl. Mark Ginn, 41, sent the messages on Facebook in October 2023.
Within days, Mark Ginn encountered members of an online paedophile hunter organisation, having been conversing with a ‘decoy’ identity.
In January of this year, Mark Ginn appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded guilty to two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor and two counts of attempting to persuade a girl to participate in sexual activity.
The charges included sending an obscene photograph of Mark Ginn’s genitalia and soliciting sexual images from the minor.
On Tuesday, April 22, Mark Ginn attended Woolwich Crown Court for sentencing; however, the case was postponed due to the absence of his attorney.
