A musician, Everton Grossett Brixton Paedophile, has been imprisoned after raping a 13-year-old girl on her birthday. After the jury at Inner London Crown Court found many indecent assaults proved, Everton Grossett was convicted.

Following a July trial, the 38-year-old, Everton Grossett, of Mayall Road, Brixton, was found guilty of rape, one count of indecent assault, and another count of indecent assault concerning five distinct events. Court records reveal that, at his first appearance at Croydon Magistrates’ Court in June last year, the sick predator initially faced 13 child sex crime counts concerning the same victim.

Public records indicate that Everton Grossett is registered as a director of three music enterprises; Grossett’s job description is a producer and sound engineer. One of the businesses, D3G3 OFFICIALS, is described as “Management” on a UK drill video including three rappers and shares the same name as TikHub, YouTube, and Instagram accounts where Everton Grossett appears in short music clips.

The trial heard Everton Grossett advise the young victim to “be quiet” throughout the abuse, then pay her with money for sweets, feeding his sexual needs by physically attacking her. The girl bled and fought to explain it to her mother following the rape, but it wasn’t until she confided in her sister that his terrible acts were discovered.

The victim remembered in her impact statement being ‘happy and confident’ before the abuse began on an ‘unforgivable, life-changing night at the hands of Everton Grossett’. “This has been a long road to find the strength and courage to report it,” the survivor added. I took a long time telling anybody. I carried it with me alone.

She also praised her sister for ‘providing her the strength’ to speak up. “Sometimes I dream about the past events and wake up angry, and then spend the whole day trying to hide it from others,” she said, adding, “I hope you [Everton Grossett] are never able to hurt anyone else.”

Ms Farrelly, defence counsel, agreed there had been a series of conduct’ and some violence resulting from the bleeding, but she contended the charges should be taken in light of Everton Grossett’s ‘poor’ family life. After the terrible mistreatment, the barrister also mentioned Grossett’s ‘excellent character’.

The court also heard that although Grossett has not been let to visit his 12- and 17-year-old children since his imprisonment. The mother of those children turned in a good character reference, calling him “an exceptional father.” Arguing that Everton Grossett was ‘quite extraordinary,’ Ms Farrelly asked the judge to award him ‘very substantial’ mitigating credit.

Judge David Richards told the predator, jailing him for six years and eight months: “It’s clear to me, you could not control your appetite or compulsion to abuse [the victim]”

Everton Grossett will spend two-thirds of a consecutive four-year eight-month sentence for rape after serving half of a two-year sentence for one multiple-incidence case of indecent assault. For another count of indecency, he will serve concurrently a 12-month term.
