CONVICTED
Three Polish rapists, Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz, are scheduled to stand trial for the alleged gang-rape of a lady in Banbury.
Polish born rapists Damian Sidor, 28, and Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, both of no fixed home, along with Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, are charged with sexually assaulting a woman on April 13 of this year.
The Polish rapists incident involving Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz is purported to have occurred in a white outbuilding beside Banbury Railway Station.
In this case, the woman cannot be named for legal reasons.
A jury was sworn into the trial on Monday (September 16, 2024) but will not start hearing evidence until Wednesday (September 18, 2024) because an ongoing trial must be completed first.
The rapists, Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz, of Polish descent are in custody while the proceedings are ongoing.

Three men, Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz, have been found guilty of repeated rapes and assaults against a young woman in Banbury.
Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury; Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed address; and Jaroslaw Szklarski, 57, of no fixed abode, were convicted after a three-week trial at Oxford Crown Court, which completed today (15/10).
Patryk Kubacz was convicted of four counts of rape, three by unanimous decision and one by majority verdict.
Patryk Kubacz was unanimously convicted of one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, one count of threatening an individual with a bladed instrument in a private location, and one count of non-fatal strangling.
Patryk Kubacz was acquitted of an additional two counts of rape, one count of assault, and one count of threatening an individual with a bladed weapon in a public setting.
Damian Sidor was convicted of one count of rape by a unanimous verdict and was exonerated of one count of sexual assault and one count of attempted rape.
Jaroslaw Szklarski was convicted by a unanimous verdict of one count of rape and entered a guilty plea for one count of sexual assault.
Between approximately 10 PM on April 12 and noon on April 13 of this year, the victim endured a sustained assault by Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz after being invited to an abandoned cabin near Banbury train station.
During the hours the victim was confined in the shack, she endured sexual and physical abuse, and was raped multiple times.
On 13 April, the victim was menaced with a knife and instructed to procure drugs for Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz.
She successfully escaped from the shack and informed a member of the public that she had been threatened with a knife.
This individual returned to the hut with the victim prior to notifying the police of the incident.
Officers later arrived at the hut and found the victim with Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz.
The victim was protected, and Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz were apprehended.
At this juncture, the victim furnished the police with comprehensive facts regarding her experiences.
Damian Sidor, Jaraslaw Szklarski and Patryk Kubacz were charged on April 16 and subsequently remanded to prison.
