After being discovered contacting young girls, the Transgender Paedophile, Abigail (aka Jamie) Waller blamed her wife. Originally called Jamie, Abigail Waller began reoffending just three months following her release from prison for child sex crimes.
A court heard a transgender paedophile, Abigail Waller, claimed her wife messaged schoolgirls on Facebook in an attempt to dissolve their marriage when she started another connection.
Born male, Abigail Waller returned to court after beginning reoffending barely three months following her release from a five-year sentence for child sex offences under known as Jamie.
By texting three schoolgirls on Facebook using her wife’s phone, the 29-year-old broke court-imposed restrictions.
Abigail Waller told the 13 and 14-year-old girls that they were “so pretty” and “very beautiful” using a fictitious profile featuring pictures of a “attractive” young man.
Abigail Waller, who now sports long dark hair and a pink floral outfit during the trial, sought to contend that Lucy, the nine-year wife of the paedophile, was behind the communications.

“I believe she wanted me out of the way without telling me she was really in another relationship with another, current boyfriend that she is with right now.”
Abigail Waller was imprisoned for five years in 2020 for several charges including blackmailing a 13-year-old girl into forwarding sexually graphic images of herself.
Handed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), Waller was banned from using devices linked to the internet unless police were notified and from interacting with youngsters under the age of eighteen.
The court was informed the following year the paedophile began identifying as a woman while incarcerated.
Abigail Waller was freed from prison and returned with Lucy Waller to their Gosport house in May 2022, but within three months started “grooming” once more, jurors heard.
Under the name Jake Smith, Portsmouth Crown Court heard Waller used Lucy Waller’s second phone—a Samsung—while she was out at work using a Facebook page.
Police spotted Abigail Waller hiding the Samsung when police paid a subsequent visit to the property and apprehended him.
Presenting evidence, Lucy Waller declared she had chosen to divorce Waller.
She claimed her Samsung was a backup phone she mostly used as an alarm clock, although it was internet connected and had Facebook on it. Lucy Waller, Jamie Waller, and Jake Smith were three Facebook accounts connected to the phone.
Abigail Waller contested four counts of breaching a SHPO, but he was judged guilty after a three-day trial.
Judge Michael Bowes KC said, sentencing Waller to three and a half years in prison: “You have a significant record for offences involving minors. Looking at your past convictions, there is a quite horrible history of trying to blackmail young people.
You disputed issues at your trial, trying to blame your wife, but the jury found you guilty.
