Police “mistake”: sex offender, Alejandro Cuenca from Eastbourne, who crawled into bed with 13-year-old teen was freed and goes on to assault lady WEEKS later.
Police released a home invasion and sexual assault offender, who had climbed into bed with a 13-year-old child and then promptly released him.
Alejandro Cuenca, 25, crept into a house where the teen was having a sleepover.
A court heard the scared victim waking to discover him sleeping next to her, murmuring, “Sex, sex, fuck, fuck,”
Alejandro Cuenca left while the girl sounded the alert in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Two weeks later he was hauled up.
Released after 24 hours, cops sent him to outpatient mental treatment.
However, he was let go after six weeks since he claimed he wanted fewer visits.
Two months later, Eastbourne Spaniard Alejandro Cuenca sexually attacked a woman after breaking into her house.
Alejandro Cuenca acknowledged two counts apiece of sexual assault and trespassing with intent to conduct a sex crime at Lewes Crown Court.
Judge Christine Laing QC sent him to a safe hospital forever.
“I’m happy he satisfies the dangerousness criteria,” she remarked.
Before his June last year arrest, Sussex police stated he was unknown to them.
A spokeswoman said: “He was released under investigation in the care of health professionals on June 15. On September 13, he sexually attacked an adult female.
