A convicted Walcot Paedophile sex offender, Alistair Eccleston, has returned to court on allegations of violating his sexual harm prevention order on 11 occasions.

On June 6, 2025, Alistair Eccleston of Welcombe Avenue, Walcot, appeared before Swindon Crown Court and stated that he had previously been informed of only nine accusations related to violations of the injunction.

Since his most recent hearing at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on May 28, 11 charges have been documented on Eccleston’s record.

Each of these pertains to the 25-year-old being in the presence of or pursuing the company of an individual under the age of 16.

Alistair Eccleston, a convicted sex offender, is prohibited from this activity due to a sexual harm prevention order issued by Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court in February 2021.

All breaches are documented as occurring between December 2021 and January 2025.

Alistair Eccleston’s case has been postponed until June 11 to allow his defence attorney the time to confer with him regarding the new charges of which the defendant was previously unaware.

The sex offender Alistair Eccleston will remain in detention until the forthcoming hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
