The Ayr Sex Offender, Allan Campbell West, is charged with assaulting a staff member at TX Maxx on River Street in the town.
Allan Campbell West, 59-year-old, is accused of making physical contact with the woman’s body while she was working on February 10 of this year.
During an intermediate diet hearing at Ayr Sheriff judge, defence solicitor Tony Currie informed the judge that Allan Campbell West is pleading not guilty to the allegation.
Sheriff Maria Kicinski extended Mr. Allan Campbell West’s bail and permitted him to be absent from an upcoming pre-trial hearing.
Mr Allan Campbell West, residing on Ferguson Street, will appear in court on a future date.
