Amer Khan Rotherham Paedophile Rapist
Amer Khan Rotherham Paedophile Rapist

A Rotherham Paedophile Rapist, Amer Khan, convicted of raping a lady over 20 years ago has been sentenced to six and a half years in prison today, 10 July, as a result of a National Crime Agency (NCA) investigation.

The woman, then in her early twenties, encountered Amer Khan, 42, from Rotherham in 2002.

Approximately one year into their acquaintance, Amer Khan, who was also in his early 20s, became verbally and physically violent, as reported by the woman to NCA agents.

She recounted instances in which Amer Khan would occasionally pinch, slap, and strike her.

Amer Khan’s aggression intensified following his coercion of the woman to engage in sexual activity with him at a picnic. The woman resisted and, apprehensive of Khan’s potential actions, attempted to flee; however, Amer Khan apprehended and assaulted her.

The victim described to officers her anguish during and subsequent to the assault. She remembered weeping at that moment while Amer Khan attributed his actions to her.

Amer Khan was charged in February 2024. Khan was found guilty of one count of rape at Sheffield Crown Court today, after which the judge promptly issued a sentence. Upon release from incarceration, Amer Khan is required to register as a sex offender.
