A Stamford Paedophile, Andrew Fisher, who consented to pay for the chance to engage in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl has been incarcerated.

Andrew Fisher, 58, had been communicating with a woman online to facilitate a young adolescent girl providing him with a massage and engaging in sexual activity with him.

The woman stated she could provide him with two 14-year-old girls to select from, and Andrew Fisher consented to pay £120 for a one-hour “appointment” with one of them.

Nonetheless, the woman was an undercover law enforcement officer.

Upon Andrew Fisher’s arrival at the parking lot for the meeting on West Lake Avenue, Hampton, Peterborough, on 3 March 2022, he was arrested instead.

Andrew Fisher was discovered to possess a condom in his pocket.

During the police interrogation, Andrew Fisher stated: “I did arrange to meet a child in Peterborough today for sexual purposes; it served as a distraction from the events occurring in the world and in my life.”

On Monday, January 6, at Huntingdon Law Courts, Andrew Fisher, residing on Northumberland Avenue in Stamford, Lincolnshire, was sentenced to two years and six months in prison after admitting to arranging or enabling the commission of a child sex offence in a prior hearing.

Andrew Fisher was also issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Detective Inspector George Neal stated: “Andrew Fisher evidently presents a significant threat to children, and I am pleased he is incarcerated.”

“The messages to our undercover officers unequivocally indicated that he was fully aware of his actions.”

Andrew Fisher entered his vehicle and proceeded to commit a reprehensible act.

“Fortunately, in this instance, the child was fictitious, yet his malevolent intentions were present.”
