Transgender Paedophile, Andrew Miller, appeals his jail term for kidnapping and sexually attacking a young teenager in Scottish Borders.
Claiming to be a transgender woman, Andrew Miller, sometimes known as Amy George, is reportedly undergoing transition. Miller’s “abhorrent crimes” were the “realisation of every parent’s worst dream” according to a judge.
A paedophile who kidnapped a primary school student under female disguise before routinely sexually attacking the minor over more than 24 hours has requested to have his “excessive” sentence lowered.
Last October, Andrew Miller—also known as Amy George—started a legal fight to contest the term of his 20-year jail sentence.
After offering to drive the teenage victim home in February last year, former butcher Andrew Miller—who identifies as a transgender woman—is reported to be in the process of transitioning—l drew the victim into his car.

Rather, Andrew Miller, 54, drove the child to his own Scottish Borders residence and imprisoned her in his bedroom.
Over the following 27 hours, he then tormented his victim with a succession of sexual attacks. He made her view pornography as well.
Andrew Miller, a male, was sentenced to two decades behind bars and informed he would be under supervision for a further eight years upon his release at the High Court in Edinburgh.
He was also registered permanently on the sex offenders’ list.
With a “insufficient discount” for an early guilty plea, appeal judges will now evaluate whether the jail term was “excessive” and whether his transgender identity was “too much weight”.
Andrew Miller had lived as a woman for six years before the offence, according the appeal court in Edinburgh, and is now supporting other trans prisoners. Friday
Following his imprisonment, Andrew Miller was transferred to an enhanced unit in Ratho prison, Edinburgh, according to defence advocate Victoria Dow, as he was “trusted” and “wants to understand why he committed the offence”.
Ms. Dow said: “Considering the general situation, the 28-year sentence was harsh. Nothing I mention should be taken as diminishing the offence. Clearly, a hefty penalty was fitting.
Andrew Miller lived as a woman, she added, “for many years,” and his “transgender identity had been a factor throughout his life”.
She said: “That element has not received the necessary weight. The appellant obviously struggled psychologically all of his life. For such a weighty topic, this is his first offence.
“Prior to the incident he was finding it difficult to handle certain elements in his life. The sensation of control calmed him.
There was no criminal justice social work report done. Simply said, none existed. The first sentence’s excessive nature This case shows that the discount was not enough.”
Ms. Dow said Andrew Miller had vast stretches of life when he did not harm anyone.
Andrew Miller confessed last May to abduction, sexual assault, viewing pornography in front of a 13-year-old child, and possessing 242 obscene photos of children.
A judge called the “abhorrent crimes” the “realisation of every parent’s worst nightmare”.
Lord Arthurson claimed passing sentence in October was “frankly nauseating in its level of depravity and criminal deviance”.
The judge characterised Andrew Miller’s aims as “wicked and predatory” and the kidnapping as “brazen and chilling”.
Andrew Miller’s dressing as a woman was another frustrating element, he said, since he doubted the girl would have entered the car if Andrew Miller had shown up as a man.
