Deviant apprehended by Newcastle paedophile detectives Dark Justice during a clandestine rendezvous with an alleged ’15-year-old’. Fifty-five-year-old Andrew Parsons Seaham Paedophile was apprehended by paedophile hunters after attending a clandestine rendezvous with an underage boy.
Andrew Parsons conversed with a someone named James, a 15 year old boy, on the homosexual dating application Grindr, unaware that it was a decoy profile established by Dark Justice.
Despite being informed that James was merely 15 and a virgin, Parsons enquired whether he was “discreet” after elaborating on the sexual activities they may engage in together.
Andrew Parsons stated that the meeting should remain “confidential.”
Prosecutor Lee Fish informed Newcastle Crown Court: “The defendant enquired whether anyone was aware of James’s impending visit to his residence, to which he received a negative response.”
Subsequently, members of Dark Justice and law enforcement proceeded to the designated meeting location, where the defendant was apprehended.
Andrew Parsons confessed to attempting to engage with a youngster after grooming in April 2017.
The court was informed of his prior conviction for engaging in sexual acts in a public restroom.
Judge Robert Adams imposed an 18-month prison sentence on Andrew Parsons. A sexual harm prevention order was imposed, and he was mandated to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years.
The judge stated, “James claimed he was a virgin and had never engaged in this activity previously.”
Your actions were not dissuaded. You provided him with your contact information and address, fully cognisant of the wrongdoing involved.
You enquired whether he was discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
The court was informed that Parsons asserted he had “turned a blind eye” to the boy’s age and was “disgusted” by child sexual assault.
Judge Adams stated: “No sexual activity with a child occurred or could have occurred.” No youngster was present; it was a ruse.
This punishment cannot be suitably suspended; although non-custodial alternatives exist, it appears necessary to implement some type of deterrent in instances where individuals engage in risky behaviour, anticipating they will not be apprehended.
