Andrew Sellen indecently assaulted a teenage girl in Blackpool during 2002 – 2004, when the victim was aged 13 and 14 years.
Andrew Sellen, 37, was jailed for more than two years after admitting nine offences of indecent assault and gross indecency. He was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for 10 years.
He was 19 at the time of the offences and was arrested and charged after returning from France after police applied for a European Arrest Warrant.
