Bradley Lamond Grimsby Paedophile
Bradley Lamond Grimsby Paedophile

The Grimsby Paedophile, Bradley Lamond, who groomed, “love bombed,” and engaged in sexual acts with a 12-year-old kid for his own deviant sexual enjoyment has been sentenced to eight years in prison and issued a lifetime Sexual Harm Prevention Order after his appearance at Grimsby Crown Court on Thursday, 24 April.

Bradley Lamond, 24, of Welholme Road in Grimsby, was charged with nine counts of sexual activity with a minor and pleaded guilty to seven of the charges at a prior court hearing.

Officer Paul Wells, the Protecting Vulnerable People Officer, led the investigation and stated: “Bradley Lamond was 18 years old when he first encountered the child and exploited them despite learning they were only 12 years old.”

Bradley Lamond coerced the child into divulging their social media information to establish contact, exploit, love bomb, and groom them, ultimately securing their trust and persuading them to exchange graphic photographs to satisfy his sexual perversion.

I cannot sufficiently praise the victim for taking the initiative to report Bradley Lamond. The judicial procedure is invariably arduous and can be protracted and intricate. Their valour cannot be undervalued.

“The victim is never to blame. I urge any child being coerced into actions against their will, or anyone who suspects such crimes, to confide in a trusted adult or friend and report the matter to us when they feel prepared.”

“The temporal proximity of the offences, whether five hours or 50 years ago, is irrelevant; we regard all reports of this nature with utmost seriousness and will exert every effort to ensure that predatory offenders such as Lamond are brought to justice.”
