A Dundee Paedophile sex offender, Brandon Harrington, convicted of child abuse in Dundee received a community payback order for three years.
The judge informed Brandon Harrington, 26, at the High Court in Edinburgh that she was certain an alternative to incarceration was viable in his situation.
Brandon Harrington, residing on Ward Road, Dundee, was previously convicted of inducing a juvenile to engage in sexual activity on one occasion between May 2011 and June 2013.
Brandon Harrington was registered as a sex offender for three years, and the judge issued a non-harassment order forbidding any approach or contact with the victim.
