A federal grand jury issued an indictment on Tuesday, alleging that a Shawano Pedophile child molester, Brandon M Boogren, utilised a toddler to create and subsequently distribute child pornography.
Brandon M. Boogren, 29, is charged with producing multiple recordings depicting himself and a youngster in sexually explicit activities. Court officials report that the abuse occurred in May 2019, when the youngster was two years of age.
Court filings indicate that Brandon M Boogren utilised the internet to transmit child pornography to an individual in Houston, Texas.
If found guilty, Brandon M Boogren risks a compulsory 15-year prison term and a maximum of 30 years of incarceration. He would also be mandated to register as a sex offender and may incur a punishment of up to $250,000.
