Brandon Seymour paedophile rapist child sex offender - Caerphilly

An individual, Brandon Seymour, the Caerphilly paedophile, who was labelled as a paedophile, characterised as morally corrupt and deviant, has been sentenced to a 15-year imprisonment for engaging in the manipulation and seduction of three underage children.

The court was informed that Brandon Seymour, a 27-year-old resident of Ebbw Vale, engaged in sexual assault against two boys and one girl from 2019 to 2021.

The moms of his victims informed him that he had caused immense destruction to their lives.

Brandon Seymour, who presently resides at Dyffryn Court in Abercarn, Caerphilly, admitted to committing a series of sexual offences.

The accused pleaded guilty to five charges of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, two charges of enticing a kid under the age of 13 to engage in sexual behaviour, and one charge of possessing obscene photos of minors.

After his arrest, incriminating photographs of child abuse were discovered on his mobile phone.

Prosecutor Matthew Cobbe recited victim impact statements authored by the mothers of the children.

One individual expressed: “Our lives have been destroyed.” I am experiencing nausea.

“I experienced a strong sensation of anger intensifying within me.”

“An unusually intense level of pain characterised this period for all of us.”

Another mother spoke in court, stating: “He is a mentally disturbed and morally corrupt person.”

“He has caused immense emotional pain and anguish.” I would not desire this agony upon anyone.

According to the court, the defendant had a clean record and was considered a person of good character.

Speaking on behalf of Seymour, Jeffrey Jones acknowledged that Brandon Seymour is fully aware of the wrongdoing and expressed remorse for his actions.

He requested that his client be granted complete recognition for his admission of guilt.

The judge, Recorder Duncan Bould, informed the defendant that they possess an inappropriate fascination with minors who have not yet reached puberty.

“You manipulated and prepared your victims.”

He informed Brandon Seymour that he was classified as a “dangerous offender” and presented a significant threat to children.

The defendant received a custodial sentence of 10 years and an additional five-year period of supervised release.

He must complete two-thirds of the 10-year sentence to be considered for parole.

Upon the defendant’s release from custody, Brandon Seymour will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and pay a victim fee of £228.
