A convicted paedophile, Brian Rogers, has been sentenced to four years in prison for producing indecent photos of youngsters on the internet.
Brian Rogers, now 65, residing in Brighton and Eastbourne following his release from jail in 2011, pleaded guilty to seven crimes at Lewes Crown Court.
Brian Rogers acknowledged the creation of indecent photographs, neglecting to respond to police bail, and failing to adhere to the stipulations of his registered sex offender order.
Sussex Police stated that the photographs were not intended to depict local children which is absolutely no consolation to the children that were abused, tortured and maimed.
Unemployed Brian Rogers, lacking a permanent residence, had completed three prior prison sentences for sexually assaulting young children, whom he befriended in various locations across the UK.
The police stated that Brian Rogers had no prior association with Sussex before his release from incarceration.
