Cameron Allan homesexual rape and murder Dylan Brister - paedophile rapist

Before killing a drunk and defenceless young father, two men, Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister, recorded their rape of him. Before subjecting the victim to a sexual assault captured on a cell phone, Dylan Brister, 27, and Cameron Allan, 20 poisoned his beverages leaving him comatose.

Father-of-three Calum: following his attack at Brister’s house in Methil, Fife, Simpson, 24, passed from alcohol and Class C drug intoxication. Eleven days before his youngest child was born.

Along with pictures of terrible injuries Mr Simpson sustained in the attack on him, graphic footage recovered from Allan’s phone was presented to a jury during their trial for murder at the High Court in Edinburgh.

“The evidence has been of the most horrific nature that this court has ever had the misfortune to listen to,” the trial judge, Lord Harrower, said jurors following their unanimous conviction of the duo,Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister, of the sexual assault, rape, and murder.

In view of the delicate nature of the trial, he stated any juror would be entitled to access counselling services if needed and excused from further jury service for the rest of their life.

When Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister get back to the dock next month, the judge advised them to anticipate a life sentence for murder.

Allan could be heard on the video telling his friend: “At least he is still breathing.”

The court learned that although attempts to locate a participant failed, Cameron Allan & Dylan Brister had been looking for a male to form a threesome with them.

Allan was looking on the Grindr gay dating app, but Brister knew the scheme involved looking for a “submissive”.

“And then Calum Simpson, a complete stranger, arrives by chance,” Angela Grey stated advocate depute.

Arriving at the property with a friend familiar with the couple, Mr Simpson left the house alone with them later.

The court heard that there was no proof Calum Simpson was gay.

Previously from Methil and then Dunfermline, Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister had denied killing Mr Simpson on November 2 and 3, 2021.

They were accused of causing him to swallow pills containing Etizolam in alcoholic beverages without his knowledge or permission, therefore causing the victim to lose consciousness and fail to provide or receive medical assistance.

Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister were also found guilty of sexually attacking and raping their unconscious victim.

During the incident, the victim had rope bound wrists.

Commonly found in so-called “street Valium,” but up to ten times more strong than diazepam, the duo, Cameron Allan and Dylan Brister, tried to blame each other for spiking beverages with the controlled substance etizolam throughout the trial.

These days, it plays a significant role in many drug deaths occurring in Scotland.

Brister paid £200 for 1,000 tablets and had won more than £20,000 from gaming.

He said he thought they were real diazepam, packaged correctly and carried in a pharmacy tote bag.

Allan, who claimed he was at the drug transfer, said it was strips of pills in a freezer bag with a supplier informing them someone had already died from consumption.

Allan told the court that he saw his ex-fiance put drugs in drink meant for the victim, but Brister claimed Allan told him after the victim passed that he placed the tablets into drink for Mr Simpson.

Brister informed police, in an interview: “We are not rapists.” We are young lads that enjoy some lighthearted entertainment.

The court heard evidence that Brister had previously spiked the drink of a lady with diazepam in 2018 and placed tablets in the mouth of another without her knowledge which she drank and left her feeling dizzy and “spaced out” at his home.

On bond, Allan was released from detention after the verdicts. Brister was in jail waiting on trial already.

The couple were informed they will be on the registry of sex offenders.

UPDATE 09.2024

Two men who recorded the rape of a drugged and defenceless young father have been sentenced to life imprisonment for his murder.

Dylan Brister, 28, and Cameron Allan, 21, adulterated Calum Simpson’s beverage, rendering him unconscious, and thereafter perpetrated a grave sexual assault that was documented on a mobile device.

The father of four, unfamiliar to the assailants, had his wrists restrained with rope during the assault.

Judge Lord Harrower told the killers: “The personal statements I have received from Calum Simpson’s partner, mother and aunt bear witness to the terrible devastation you have caused to his whole family.

“There are so many milestones in the children’s lives that their father will no longer be able to share for reasons that cannot adequately be explained to them.

“No sentence of this court can alleviate the family’s grief and anguish.”
