After further liaison with the CPS, we carried out additional enquiries and sent a second file of evidence in March 2025, resulting in the CPS authorising the latest charges.

Police Commissioner Gives Christopher Mallet a Police Car Scandal
Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend donated a car to the South East Fire and Rescue Charity whilst Christopher Mallet was Chair and ON BAIL FOR RAPE!
The Police and Crime Commissioner has received a request to donate one of its fleet vehicles that has reached the end of its service to South East Fire and Rescue Service charity. They are registered charity made up entirely of volunteers, who offer training and peer-based support for military veterans and former emergency services workers. The charity gives back to local communities by providing fire cover at the Gatwick Aviation Museum and at a wide range of events and festivals across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire.
There is no initial outlay for this vehicle, it is currently part of the fleet and will be replaced by a new vehicle. The only loss would be the auction value of the vehicle donated, which has been estimated to be £3,108.25. There will be no on-going costs to the police as the vehicle will be gifted to the South East Fire and Rescue Service charity. Once this has happened then the usual agreement is that the vehicle is registered to the charity, but full ownership is not transferred until 2 full years have passed. This negates any chance of the charity simply selling the vehicle on for profit.
There is no request for funding on this report; rather this is a simple request for one ex-fleet vehicle to be gifted to the South East Fire and Rescue Service charity
Savannah Nicholson demanded information about this “donation” and how an accused police officer rapist could get given a police car when he had left the force under disgrace:
