A sentencing date has been established for an alleged Banbury Paedophile Colin Loma charged with the sexual assault of two minors. Colin Lomas appeared at Oxford Crown Court on January 20, charged with one allegation of indecent assault against a 15-year-old girl and two counts of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl under 13.
The initial count pertains to a historical sexual offence that transpired between 1999 and 2000, while the subsequent two counts occurred in 2023.
The 58-year-old, Colin Lomas, earlier entered a plea of not guilty to indecent assault early last year but was not required to plead about the other two charges.
Colin Lomas, from High Furlong, Banbury, was scheduled to appear on the initial day of his trial; however, the proceedings were aborted, and a sentence date has been established for Friday, March 14.
The specific charges for which Lomas will be sentenced remain undisclosed.

Colin Lomas, aged 59 of High Furlong, Banbury, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on Friday (14/3) to three years and nine months in prison as well as being made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order for life.
Lomas pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing, to one count of sexual assault of a child under 13, with the offending happening in Oxfordshire in the past five years.
