An eight-year enhanced term has been handed to a man, Cristian Vasian Corby Rapist, who battered and attempted rape of a Corby woman.
After spotting the woman he knew while passing in the town centre, 20-year-old- Cristian Vasian launched the attack on November 27, 2023 evening.
Cristian Vasian escorted the woman to a quiet area of Willow Place after walking and talking for around twenty minutes and tried to start intercourse. She answered no, and then he started forcing himself on her.

Appearing before Northampton Magistrates’ Court on December 5, he was remanded in custody and sent to Northampton Crown Court for trial.
