The Bracknell Paedophile, Dalton Stocker, who perpetrated many sexual offences against two juvenile victims in Berkshire has been sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Dalton Stocker, 29, from Bracknell, pleaded guilty to two charges of child sexual abuse and possession of illegal photographs after a trial at Reading Crown Court.
In the trial that concluded on 18 October 2024, Dalton Stocker was unanimously convicted by the jury on three counts of child rape, engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, causing a child to engage in sexual activity, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, sexual activity with a child, and child assault by penetration.
Dalton Stocker was additionally convicted of two offences involving the creation of indecent photos of a minor, including one category B image and nine category C images.
He was acquitted of an additional count of rape, four counts of inducing or persuading a child to participate in sexual conduct, two counts of engaging in sexual behaviour with a child, and one count of forcing a child to observe a sexual act.
On Monday (28/4), Dalton Stocker was incarcerated, and his name will be permanently added to the sex offenders’ registry. He has been issued a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The gadgets containing the illicit and forbidden photographs were confiscated and will be destroyed.
The offences occurred throughout the past decade at many sites in Berkshire, where Dalton Stocker exploited two minors.
Dalton Stocker earned the victims’ trust to subsequently exploit them, instilling a sense of culpability should they choose to disclose the abuse.
Subsequent to his apprehension on 12 November 2021, Dalton Stocker declined to respond to any enquiries.
Dalton Stocker was charged with the offences on 15 November 2023.
Police staff investigator Jemma Broderick said: “These were abhorrent acts inflicted by Stocker upon his victims over a number of years.
“The victims in this case have shown remarkable resilience and courage throughout a lengthy investigation process and subsequent trial.
“With justice finally served, I hope that they can now find some closure and move forwards with their lives.
“We are absolutely dedicated to investigating such crimes.
