Damian Kinston, a paedophile from Swindon, has been convicted of child sexual assault charges occurring over a six-year duration.
Damian Kinston, 27, of Spring Close, was convicted by trial at Swindon Crown Court on Thursday (12/09) of sexual assault on a child under 13, multiple counts of child rape under 13, multiple counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, and multiple penetrative assaults on a child under 13.
From 2015 to 2021, Damian Kinston frequently sexually assaulted a female youngster aged between seven and twelve years.
Damian Kinston is scheduled for sentencing on November 18.
Police Sergeant Vaughan said: “Firstly, I want to praise the victim for their courage throughout this investigation, particularly given her young age.
“Damian Kinston is a sexual predator whose only interest is to fulfil his sexual gratification. He showed no regard for the victim, and even when faced with all the evidence against him, he refused to plead guilty to any of the charges against him.
“Instead, he forced his victim to relive their experiences in court, which could not have been easy for them.
“Thankfully, as a result of the bravery of the victim and the evidence we gathered, the jury has seen through his lies, and he is now being held accountable for his actions.”
