A SEX offender, Daniel Breadmore Barry Paedophile, who broke a Sexual Harm Prevention Order has been sentenced to 12 months. 50-year-old Daniel Breadmore of Barry Road refused to turn over a phone to police personnel.
Daniel Breadmore is not allowed to use any gadget with an internet connection, according to the Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He received an 18-month sentence in May 2022 on four charges of possessing offensive photos of a child.
He was punished for the offence of having sexual conversations with a youngster in the same court.
When police arrived at the defendant’s residence on June 5, it seemed he had a phone tucked down his jeans.
Daniel Breadmore turned over one phone, but officials claimed he grew “ballistic” when asked to turn over a second phone; this was heard in court.
Software on the phone was discovered to have blocked the defendant from being seen using an IP address.
The prosecution claimed there was alarming material on there referencing incest, but there was no indication there were videos on there.
This contradicted a Sexual Harm Prevention Order by Cardiff Crown Court on May 30, 2022.
Daniel Breadmore was condemned in court on August 8, 2024, after confessing to infringement of the rule on Friday, June 7, 2024.
The judge said the Sexual Harm Prevention Order would last another eight years or so and sentenced him to twelve months in jail.
