A 35-year-old Southsea Paedophile, Daniel Plumstead, has been sentenced to 28 months in prison after being convicted of engaging in sexual activity with a minor in Havant.
On Sunday, July 11, 2021, police received an allegation that Daniel Plumstead had indecently touched a 14-year-old girl at a location in Havant.
Following an inquiry, Daniel Plumstead of Fawcett Road in Southsea was apprehended and charged with engaging in sexual contact with a minor.
Daniel Plumstead was convicted at Portsmouth Crown Court and received sentencing at the same court on the same day.
In addition to the 28-month incarceration term, Daniel Plumstead received an additional month of imprisonment for a bail act violation, to be served consecutively.
Daniel Plumstead will be required to register as a sex offender for a duration of 10 years and is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for the same timeframe.
