A 73-year-old man, Derek Jinman, has received a 22-year prison sentence after being convicted of 15 instances of severe sexual assault, including rape, occurring over several decades.
Derek Jinman, 73 years old (DOB: 21/09/1951), from Woking, was sentenced today, March 24, at Guildford Crown Court.
Derek Jinman perpetrated the acts against four victims ages 6 to 16 over a span exceeding 11 years.
Detective Sergeant Carlos Pedreira stated: “Derek Jinman is a perilous sexual offender who exploited the vulnerabilities of his victims and subjected them to prolonged periods of severe sexual abuse.”
