Diesel Gaskell Torquay Paedophile

A convicted Torquay paedophile sex offender from Devon, Diesel Gaskell, has received another opportunity after disregarding a court order regulating his mobile phone usage.

Diesel Gaskell was convicted and incarcerated in 2021 for three acts of child abuse, including the molestation and rape of an 11-year-old girl, as shown in Exeter Crown Court.

He was subjected to a Sexual Offences Protection Order as part of his sentencing to oversee his conduct.

In April of this year, law enforcement visited his residence in Torquay following intelligence indicating he had utilised an undeclared device to access the internet.

Prosecutor Peter Coombe stated that the cops arrested him when he declined to consent to a search.

Two cell phones were discovered beneath his duvet. Neither had registered with the police in accordance with the stipulations of his SHPO.

Diesel Gaskell established eight social media accounts. He did not utilise his exact date of birth, name, or accurate image when establishing the profiles.

He originally deceived the authorities over the duration of his ownership of the phones but subsequently confessed to violating the conditions of his SHPO.

The defendant, Diesel Gaskell, residing on Thurlow Road received a suspended sentence of 20 months, mandated to complete 40 hours of unpaid labour and 15 days of rehabilitation under probation.

In 2021, Diesel Gaskell received a sentence of three and a half years for engaging in an internet discussion with an 11-year-old child.

He rapidly shifted the discourse to a sexual one and transmitted images of his genitalia to her. He ultimately convinced the girl to transmit explicit photographs of herself.

Diesel Gaskell stated he would journey from Torquay to meet her.

After meeting they proceeded to a park where Diesel Gaskell participated in penetrative sexual behaviour with the child in the bushes.

Later, once police tracked him down, Diesel Gaskell forced the girl to drop the allegations and warned he would hurt or blackmail her parents.
