The police are seeking information on complaints of a dapper man indecently exposing himself in Eastbourne, otherwise known as the Eastbourne Flasher.
A man in his thirties reportedly approached women on Wednesday, September 25, on Green Street, then on Sunday, September 29, on Bay Pond Road, soliciting assistance after claiming to be injured. He subsequently engaged in indecent exposure towards them.
We seek to communicate with the individual depicted in the photograph, as he may provide valuable assistance to the Eastbourne Flasher police investigation.
Detective Inspector Barry Chandler said: “These are concerning reports, and we are undertaking multiple lines of enquiry to identify an Eastbourne Flasher suspect.
CCTV enquiries are underway, and we ask anyone with footage to assist in the investigation to contact the police.
We ask you to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour immediately”.
