Two Bradford Rapists, El Fadaidill Ibrahim and Mohammed Abou-Gardda Bradford Rapists, have been convicted and given prison sentences for committing severe sexual offences against a woman in Bradford.
El Fadaidill Ibrahim, a 29-year-old resident of Queens Road, Halifax, was convicted in March after a trial for the crimes of raping an adult female, false imprisonment, sexual assault, and intentional strangling.
Mohammed Abou-Gardda, a 30-year-old resident of Pemberton Drive in Bradford, confessed to committing acts of sexual assault, false imprisonment, and common assault during a court session in September 2023.
The charges pertain to an occurrence concerning a female victim at a residence in Bradford in March 2023.
On August 30, 2024, Ibrahim was convicted at Bradford Crown Court. He received a 13-year prison sentence for rape, a six-year sentence for false imprisonment, a two-and-a-half-year penalty for strangulation, and a four-month sentence for sexual assault. These sentences will be served simultaneously. He is required to register as a sex offender permanently.
Abou-Gardda received a cumulative sentence of five and a half years for false imprisonment, sexual assault, and common assault, to be served simultaneously. He is required to enrol as a sex offender for seven years.

Detective Inspector Richard Fox, a member of the Bradford Adult Safeguarding Team, stated:
We commend the verdict pronounced against both individuals today. El Fadaidill Ibrahim and Mohammed Abou-Gardda enticed the girl to a residence and exploited her by committing acts of rape and sexual assault.
“These individuals, El Fadaidill Ibrahim and Mohammed Abou-Gardda, are highly perilous and merit an extensive period of incarceration.”
“I would like to commend the victim for their courage displayed throughout the investigation and trial.” I trust that today’s verdict will provide her with the necessary resolution and retribution for the distressing experience she endured.
“This sentence serves as a reminder to victims that we treat all reports of sexual assault with utmost seriousness and confidentiality.”
