The Coventry Paedophiles, Farhang Taha and Attullah Areen have been found guilty of sexually assaulting two girls in Coventry.
Farhang Taha and Attullah Areen were found guilty last week at Warwick Crown Court following a trial on the abuse of girls that occurred between 2016 and 2018.
The court was informed that Farhang Taha and Attullah Areen would collect the girls in their vehicles and transport them to locations in Coventry, where they would provide them with cocaine and drink prior to sexually assaulting them.
The adolescent females reported the abuse to law enforcement in 2021.
A probe named Operation Bookbinder was initiated shortly thereafter.
Investigating officers discovered video recordings of the abuse on one of the men’s mobile devices.
Notwithstanding this, Farhang Taha and Attullah Areen refuted responsibility and attempted to assert that the girls were fabricating the allegations of abuse.
The courage exhibited by the two women, now adults, in providing testimonies and voicing their experiences has resulted in the conviction of Farhang Taha and Attullah Areen at trial.
Farhang Taha, 26, residing on Vincent Street, Coventry, and Attullah Areen, 31, residing on Scarborough Way, Coventry, will receive their sentences at a future date.
