A Newark Rapist, Francesco Aria, convicted of rape has been sentenced to seven years and three months in prison. Francesco Aria attacked the woman at his residence in Newark during the early hours of 22 August 2021.
The victim successfully fled the location and promptly reported the event to the authorities.
Upon her arrest and subsequent interrogation by investigators, Francesco Aria asserted that she engaged in consenting sexual activity with her.

On Monday, July 7, Francesco Aria, formerly of Massey Court, Newark, was sentenced to seven years and three months in prison, following a nearly four-year wait for the victim.
