A cowardly parole board has released a murderous rapist, Haydn Prager Tunbridge Wells paedophile, from a life sentence after just 12 years. Launched what a judge called a “murderous attack,” Haydn Prager was imprisoned for life in 2012. He broke into a house in a home invasion and raped and sustainedly attacked a brother and sister aged 15 and 20 with a knife.

Then, at twenty-two, Haydn Prager burst through the victim’s front door in the early hours while she slept. He raped the woman after stabbing her and locking her in a bathroom.

She was ‘five minutes from death,’ a judge heard.

Haydn Prager was imprisoned for life in 2012 after launching what a judge characterised as a “murderous attack.”

Charging at him to guard his sister, the brother was stabbed eleven times.

Though most of this was overheard by police following her desperate 999 call for assistance at the Kent residence, the woman—who cannot be identified—was reportedly ‘humiliated and tormented’ during her experience.

While another snapped above the hilt, the attack knife was bent. The woman’s hair was tied to a washbasin unit handle, and she was severely sexually assaulted.

The Parole Board verified that his release was directed from a hearing held last year.

One source claimed: “I am sure the victims of this case would wonder whether justice has been done.”

There is always a debate about whether life should imply life. It most obviously does not apply here.

Her injuries included a cut to her tongue, a 6 cm cut to her neck within centimetres of severing a major artery, and a spinal bone fracture.

She spent six weeks in the hospital and today finds trouble swallowing, speaking, clutching with her hands, and walking. Doctors have advised her it is doubtful she will ever be able to run once more.

Along with an inverted “J” shape cut to his cheek, which pierced his mouth, the lad received knife cuts to his neck, chest, arm and shoulder.

Several victim impact statements were read out in court, in which the female victim described herself as ‘ugly and ruined’ – and like the monster Frankenstein.

In one, she said: ‘I’d rather die than struggle for the rest of my life,’ and in another, she said: ‘I wish for the day when I am back to normal. But I know it will be a long journey until I return.’

In his victim impact statement, the boy spoke of his anger and mental anguish and how he had missed out on both education and sporting opportunities. ‘This should be the time of my life,’ he added.

Haydn Prager, of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, admitted two offences of attempted murder and one of rape. An offence of aggravated burglary was left on file.

Haydn Prager was jailed at Maidstone Crown Court.

Passing sentence, Judge Statman told Prager, who is said to have a borderline personality disorder with psychopathic traits, he had broken into the house and subjected both his victims to ‘vicious and sustained’ attacks.
