This evil teen animal abuser, Henry Newman, tied string around a cat’s neck and swung the poor animal repeatedly before slamming it against scaffolding and a brick wall.
His name is Henry Newman, 18, and he is from Branton Close, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Henry Newman was charged follow an incident, caught on camera, in which a terror-stricken cat with string tied around his neck was shown being dragged by a youth before being swung around and slammed against scaffolding and a brick wall.
The heinous act took place on Chivers Close, Basingstoke, at around 6am on Thursday 17 July.
The cat, Marshall, was missing for several hours but finally returned home injured and struggling to breathe with the string pulled tightly on his neck.
The traumatised family pet is now recovering after receiving veterinary treatment.
His attacker Henry Newman has been charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court.
