Hosien Nedjad Newcastle Rapist
Hosien Nedjad Newcastle Rapist

A chronic Newcastle Rapist sex offender in the city centre, Hosien Nedjad, who assaulted an intoxicated student in a troubling incident, has been deemed a threat and incarcerated.

Hosien Nedjad has consistently perpetrated sexual and physical assaults against women during evenings out in Newcastle over a period of nearly ten years. Notwithstanding his inclusion on the sex offenders record, Hosien Nedjad perpetrated a reprehensible assault on a young woman who had become isolated from her companions within a pub.

After evading punishment for almost three years by fleeing to Germany, the unsuccessful asylum applicant has been incarcerated and informed of his probable deportation.

Hosien Nedjad, residing on Brighton Grove, Newcastle, was convicted of sexual assault related to the Soho Rooms incident following a trial conducted in his absence and subsequently pleaded guilty to a Bail Act violation after dodging justice by fleeing to Germany for three and a half years. He was discovered last year and returned here.

Judge Edward Bindloss sentenced the 42-year-old to four years of imprisonment, followed by an extended licence period of an additional four years, and mandated lifelong registration on the sex offenders registry, citing him as a serious risk and a dangerous criminal.
