On Monday, July 14, the Newsham Park Rapist, James Anthony Elliott, from Newsham Park was sentenced to imprisonment for the rape of a lady in Liverpool.
James Anthony Elliott, aged 30, was sentenced to eight years of incarceration and received an indefinite restraining order at Liverpool Crown Court today.
James Anthony Elliott, residing on Newsham Drive, was convicted after a three-day trial that began on Monday, July 7.
The court was informed that James Anthony Elliott sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman within a residence in August 2022. The woman has received assistance from specially trained officers.
