A judicial proceeding has been arranged for an individual, James Williams, the Banbury paedophile, who stands accused of acquiring and transmitting explicit photographs of minors.
James Williams was brought before Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 27), where he faced charges of possessing a banned image of a child, distributing two indecent photographs of a kid, and creating three indecent pictures of a child.
James Williams, a 25-year-old individual, made his initial appearance in the lower court.
The offences are purported to have occurred in Banbury from October 2022 to January 2023.
The case has been postponed and transferred to Oxford Crown Court.
James Williams is scheduled to appear in the higher court for a hearing to enter a plea and prepare for trial on September 26.
