Eastbourne Paedophile Jason Fitzgerald, has been imprisoned for producing obscene photos of minors including baby rape, hurtcore and child murder.
Jason Fitzgerald, 43, of Shannon Way, received a sentence of two years’ imprisonment at Hove Crown Court on Wednesday, May 17.
Sussex Police reported that he had previously admitted to producing over 120,000 indecent photographs of children, including more than 700 movies, primarily featuring young females estimated to be between one and 16 years of age.
The sentencing results from an intelligence-driven investigation conducted by the Sussex Police Paedophile Online Investigation Team.
The photographs featured some of the more severe types, including those that were torture and shame-based horrific sexual assaults on the youngsters concerned.
Jason Fitzgerald established an encrypted folder on his computer and declined many requests from the police to disclose the access password.
In court, Jason Fitzgerald attempted to refute the use of the folder and said he had forgotten the password.
During sentencing, unbelievably Judge Jeremy Gold indicated that Jason Fitzgerald’s sentence could have been suspended had he cooperated with law enforcement and supplied the needed passwords.
