A Stourbridge Paedophile, Jason Hill, who admitted his desire to ‘hunt down youngsters and rape them’ has been released from court, as a judge sought to ‘give him a chance.’

The police subsequently declined to disclose a detention photograph of the perpetrator.

Sex predator Jason Hill engaged in unsettling online discussions regarding his abhorrent sexual desires, including one with a father seeking someone to ‘spank his child’.

The 28-year-old explicitly outlined the ‘daily abuse’ he intended to ‘inflict upon youngsters’ in his depraved dialogues, some of which are excessively graphic and repugnant to disclose.

The individual was apprehended only after inadvertently leaving his mobile phone on a park bench, which disclosed a concealed collection of child sexual abuse material.

However, a judge expressed her desire to grant Jason Hill an opportunity and informed him that incarceration for his sexual offences was not mandatory.

Court documents reveal that Hill, formerly of Brook Crescent, Stourbridge, engaged in discussions of ‘the rape and abuse of male youngsters as young as eight years old’ in one conversation.

He addressed the ‘sexualised slapping of youngsters aged 11 months, one year, three years, nine years, and 11 years’.

On August 18, 2022, Wolverhampton Crown Court was informed that police received a call from a member of the public.

A mobile phone and some goods were discovered on a seat in Stevens Park, Dudley, which officers determined belonged to Jason Hill.

Prosecutor Olivia Appleby stated that it “quickly became evident” that the phone contained indecent photos of youngsters.

Officers arrived at Jason Hill’s residence, where they apprehended him and confiscated several of his equipment.

Indecent photographs of youngsters as young as six were discovered on the mobile device.

Files were generated from June 2022 until three days prior to Hill’s arrest.

The apps Kik and Telegram were also on his phone, with Hill involved in ‘sexualised chat groups’.

During one conversation, the paedophile told another a dad that he was into ‘whips, pain and spanking’.

When the dad said he wanted someone to spank his child, Hill ‘described in detail’ how he had already done this to an 11-year-old.

In another chat, Jason Hill spoke about ‘hunting down children and raping them’.

The sex offender also discussed raping children on a ‘daily basis’ and how he would force children to watch the abuse inflicted on them, the court heard.

Mote indecent images of children were found on a laptop, dating back to 2014.

Ms Appleby said the defendant was ‘plainly involved in a network that facilitated the sharing’ of indecent images.

Jason Hill is employed full-time as a forklift driver and warehouse operative by a family friend, earning about £1,500 a month.

The firm is aware he has committed sex offences and ‘remain supportive’ of him.

Jason Hill’s family are also ‘supportive’, proud, and are ‘fully aware’ of his crimes, his defence said.

Sentencing, Judge Jacobs said offences involving indecent images are not a ‘victimless crime’, adding: “Children have been abused in order to make the images that you had on your devices.

“One can only imagine the long-term harm caused to these children so early in their life by experiences that you deliberately and persistently sought out because you found them arousing.
