Jaycee Stewart St George Pedophile

Jaycee Stewart, 33, St George Pedophile, a convicted sex offender from St. George, was sentenced today to 300 months’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to crimes related to the receiving of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).

The punishment, issued by U.S. District Court Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen, follows Jaycee Stewart’s guilty plea to the charges on November 4, 2024. The court sentenced Stewart to imprisonment, a lifetime of supervised release, and mandated restitution to the victims.

Court documents and evidence from Jaycee Stewart’s change of plea and sentencing hearings reveal that on April 12, 2023, a youngster informed their elementary school teacher of being sexually molested by Jaycee Stewart. The victim reported that Jaycee Stewart intermittently employed an object to perpetrate sexual abuse on them. The victim additionally reported that Jaycee Stewart possessed multiple photographs of “naked girls” and images of minors deemed “inappropriate” in his room. After executing a search warrant at Jaycee Stewart’s apartment, officers discovered several photographs of child sexual assault displayed on the walls, as well as a collection of such images on his printer, in binders, and within his closet. Jaycee Stewart possessed a computer frame that displayed roughly 22,000 photographs of child sexual exploitation in rotation. In summary, Jaycee Stewart possessed tens of thousands of files including child sexual abuse materials. In 2015, Jaycee Stewart was convicted in a Utah state court for possession of child pornography. Furthermore, Jaycee Stewart has admitted guilt to the sexual abuse of two victims and is awaiting sentencing in state court.

The St. George Police Department conducted an investigation into the case.

Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Burton of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah prosecuted the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and CEOS, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.
