A LaPorte County Pedophile, Juan Francisco, is detained under an ICE hold following his arrest and charges of child molestation in LaPorte County.
Juan Francisco, aged 40, was apprehended at a residence in Johnson Township early Tuesday morning following a report to the police regarding the sexual assault of a friend by a family member.
Juan Francisco was first detained for 48 hours at the LaPorte County Jail, subsequently facing two felony charges of child molestation.
Authorities reported that they reached out to the regional office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding Juan Francisco, a native of Guatemala. He was subsequently subjected to a hold and detainer by ICE officers.
Juan Francisco remains incarcerated in the LaPorte County Jail without the possibility of bond.
