Karl Calder-Harley paedophile child rapist sex offender - Stenhousemuir

Karl Calder-Harley Stenhousemuir Paedophile is both a drug dealer and a child molester who raped three underage girls, one of whom was just days beyond her thirteenth birthday, was sentenced to prison in 2023.

Karl Calder-Harley, a 26-year-old individual, specifically singled out the 13-year-old after discovering her presence on TikTok’s social media platform.

He contacted her through Snapchat, and she subsequently agreed to meet him. He then drove her to a location near Throsk, Stirlingshire.

He informed her of possessing a knife and subsequently perpetrated an assault upon her within the confines of his modified Ford Mondeo.

During the trial at the High Court in Stirling, it was revealed that he provided financial assistance to the “inexperienced” young person, confiscated her phone while she was in his vehicle, and instructed her not to retain any of the Snapchat messages they had shared after the rape.

The rape took place in December 2020, shortly after the child turned 13 years old, while Karl Calder-Harley was nearly 24 years old.

Karl Calder-Harley was apprehended and provided a statement of “no comment” during the interview.

Officers interviewed other girls who may have been in contact with him.

In court, it was disclosed that a 15-year-old girl also reported being sexually assaulted by Karl Calder-Harley, who would pick her up from her Stirlingshire high school while she was still wearing her school uniform.

From April to June 2016, Karl Calder-Harley, who had a prior conviction for an offence under the Proceeds of Crime Act, was 20 years old. Karl Calder-Harley has since been convicted for being involved in the supply of cocaine.

At the age of 18, he committed sexual assault on his first victim, an 18-year-old woman, during their relationship from June 2013 to June 2016.

The female witness, who testified from a concealed location, stated that the incident had caused her to weep, and she had implored him to cease his actions.

He persisted despite her cries.

During her testimony, she informed the jurors, “I repeatedly implored him to cease his actions, but every time I attempted to move, he exerted force to push me back onto the bed.”

According to her, Karl Calder-Harley manipulated her, shattered her phone, shredded her clothes, and physically assaulted her by punching her and pushing her downstairs during their relationship in Stenhousemuir, which is located in Stirlingshire.

Following a four-day trial at the High Court in Stirling, a jury of eight women and seven men reached a verdict in less than three hours. They found Karl Calder-Harley, an unemployed dumper driver from Stenhousemuir, guilty of three counts of rape and one count of engaging in sexual activity with a minor. He vehemently refuted the accusations and asserted that the incidents of rape were entirely fabricated.

He cried and whimpered when the findings were announced, and Judge Lord Colbeck cancelled his release on bail.

He was detained in custody for further examination until October 3rd before the High Court in Edinburgh.
