A disturbing incident of abuse occurred in Keighley, West Yorkshire, involving a solitary young female victim who was exploited by the Keighley Grooming Gang, comprising of twelve male paedophiles.
The young girl was subjected to repeated assaults over a span of 13 months from 2011 to 2012, enduring rape and coerced sexual encounters with men in multiple public venues, including an underground parking facility and a cemetery.
The girl was used due to her susceptibility and tumultuous circumstances, resulting in her being reported missing to the police 70 times over a two-year period.
The twelve reprehensible individuals of the Keighley Grooming Gang received prison sentences of up to 20 years for many charges, predominantly rape, as well as sexual assault and inducing a youngster to participate in sexual conduct.
