Kenneth Davies, a ‘predatory and dangerous’ paedophile who assaulted two girls in High Wycombe, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Kenneth Davies, colloquially referred to as ‘Popeye’, was sentenced to 12 years in prison at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday, December 23.

The court was informed that the 30-year-old, who had no fixed residence, assaulted two girls in High Wycombe.

In August, he entered a guilty plea to eleven charges, comprising six counts of sexual conduct with a child involving penetration, two instances of non-fatal strangling, and one case of actual bodily injury.

Kenneth Davies will be on licence for an additional six years upon release and is subject to a lifetime sexual harm prevention order.

Investigating officer PC Csumrik, said: “Kenneth Davies subjected both his victims to abuse and was violent against them.

“He is a predatory and dangerous individual who is rightly behind bars.

“I would like to thank his victims for bravely reporting Kenneth Davies’ crimes against them and I hope his conviction provides some closure on their terrible ordeals.

“Thames Valley Police will always treat crimes where there has been violence against women and girls with the utmost seriousness and we will always investigate thoroughly to bring offenders to justice.”
