A violent Greenock Paedophile perpetrator, Kenneth Elliot, who raped and sexually attacked a minor has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Paedophile Kenneth Elliot repeatedly raped a lady, strangled her, struck her on the head, and dragged her onto a balcony before attempting to shove her over the side.
The 48-year-old, Kenneth Elliot, was characterised by prosecutors as a “controlling and manipulative individual” because to the suffering he inflicted on his victims for nearly a decade.
Kenneth Elliot received a sentence from Judge Alasdair MacFadyen at the High Court in Glasgow.
He had already been convicted on ten counts of recurrent physical and sexual violence from 2012 to 2021.
Kenneth Elliot, previously residing on Brisbane Street, Greenock, was convicted by a jury of various assaults against the woman in the town, including incidents of compressing her neck to impede her breathing, striking her on the head and torso, and repeatedly tugging her hair.
He was additionally convicted of raping and sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 at locations in Port Glasgow on multiple occasions over a span of seven years.
The woman suffered from his violent anger, which involved Kenneth Elliot physically assaulting her by hitting, kicking, choking, and forcefully shoving her face into a mirror.

Giving evidence on commission during the trial, the adult complainer said: “Kenny done what Kenny wanted.”
Kenneth Elliot took to the witness box in his own defence during the trial.
When asked if he would ‘pay attention’ to whether or not the woman wanted to engage in sexual activity with him, he initially replied: “No really, no.”
He later revised this response, saying he would consider this factor.
One sex attack saw the woman bitten and her clothes pulled off.
The girl also suffered a similar traumatic ordeal.
Jurors heard how Kenneth Elliot raped the child having blindfolded her with a cord.
Kenneth Elliot insisted during the trial any sexual contact with the woman had been consensual.
His legal team accepted during the trial that Kenneth Elliot had “a fair share of character flaws”, but that it did not follow he should be convicted of the crimes.
Kenneth Elliot was also put on the sex offenders register.
