Heathfield Paedophile Kevin Paul Horne was sentenced to seven years behind bars for sexually assaulting a young teenage girl in a holiday trailer. Builder and decorator Kevin Paul Horne of Cross-In-hand, Heathfield, was sentenced Friday, April 1 at Lewes Crown Court.

Summer 2020 saw the 42-year-old found guilty of two counts of sexual behaviour with a child at the Winchelsea Sands Holiday Village.

Kevin Paul Horne is a registered sex offender who also received a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, therefore severely limiting his access to children under the age of eighteen, both for a lifetime.

“Kevin Paul Horne, who knew the girl, committed the two serious sexual offences against her late one evening while he was staying at the Village,” said East Sussex Safeguarding Investigations Unit Detective Constable Lyndsey Jamison.

“The victim presented evidence in court that significantly contributed to Horne’s conviction.
