Where are these British paedophiles? Back in Eastbourne looking for children? Where is Eastbourne Paedophile Khosrow Sobhanieh now?

Four men have been imprisoned for attempting to exploit a “vulnerable” 16-year-old girl for prostitution.

The group intentionally exploited the kid over a fortnight in Newhaven, East Sussex, remunerating her with cash in return for sexual actions, as evidenced in Hove Crown Court.

Khosrow Sobhanieh, 56 years old, was sentenced to 14 years in prison, and Stephen Daramola, 48 years old, received a six-year sentence.

Christopher Kayla-Joseph, 27 years old, and Mohammed Kamali, 46 years old, received five-year prison sentences.

The court was apprised that the males “ruthlessly exploited” the victim after Kayla-Joseph encountered her alone on a roadway in Eastbourne subsequent to a familial argument in May 2013 and extended an invitation to his residence.

They were detained subsequent to her revelation to healthcare professionals and family members of the occurrence.

Kayla-Joseph, Kamali, Sobhanieh from Guestling near Hastings, and Daramola from Eastbourne were found guilty of conspiring to facilitate the prostitution of a minor.

Daramola was adjudicated guilty of sexual assault, while Sobhanieh was convicted of rape and attempted rape.

Kayla-Joseph, Kamali, and Daramola were convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

All defendants will be mandated to a lifetime sexual offenders prevention order upon their release from incarceration.

REVISED: Four men convicted of child prostitution offences involving a vulnerable 16-year-old girl.

A susceptible adolescent was coerced into prostitution after being approached by an older guy who discovered her sitting alone and despondent on the pavement.

A 16-year-old girl was raped by one individual and sexually attacked by another after accompanying 27-year-old Christopher Kayla-Joseph home following a dispute with her father. Both individuals relinquished currency.

Today, four men were found guilty of conspiring to facilitate the prostitution of a minor, marking the inaugural instance of its nature in Sussex, following the girl’s disclosure to her healthcare provider, which prompted police intervention.

Kayla-Joseph, residing on Elphick Road in Newhaven, engaged in sexual activity with the girl and administered wine and drugs to her to “acclimatise” her for subsequent events, as presented to the jurors at Hove Crown Court.

The maltreatment in May and June 2013 reached a climax one evening when she was assaulted in a Newhaven flat by a guy about 40 years her older, to whom she had been introduced with the phrase: ‘She’s for you’.

Prosecutors characterised Kayla-Joseph as the “primary instigator” in the exploitation, asserting that all four individuals were culpable.

It was reported that he engaged in several sexual encounters with her and administered narcotics and alcohol prior to transporting her to the residence of Mohammed Kamali, 46, located on Harper Road, Newhaven.

Khosrow Sobhanieh, aged 56, raped her once and attempted to rape her twice before compensating Kayla-Joseph with £60. Stephen Daramola, 48, sexually assaulted her and thereafter provided her with £40, which Kayla-Joseph accepted.

This morning, jurors at Hove Crown Court found all four men guilty of conspiring to facilitate the prostitution of a minor under the age of 18. Two other men were exonerated.

Kayla-Joseph faced no charges regarding his sexual relations with the minor, as prosecutors indicated she acquiesced to avoid distressing him.

Sobhanieh, residing on North Lane in Guestling, near Hastings, refuted any sexual interaction with the adolescent but was found guilty by a majority verdict of one count of rape and unanimously of one count of attempted rape.

Daramola, residing on Park Lane in Eastbourne, refuted any sexual engagement with the girl; yet, he was found guilty by a majority decision of one count of sexual assault.

Kayla-Joseph was convicted of two charges related to the distribution of cocaine—one independently and one in collaboration with Kamali, currently residing in Wilimington Gardens, Eastbourne, and Daramola.

Richard Barton, prosecuting, stated that the case exemplifies how a young, vulnerable girl may be easily exploited by older men for their sexual enjoyment and financial benefit.

Giuseppi Carella, aged 19, of Brighton Rd, Newhaven, was acquitted of one crime of conspiring to engage in child prostitution, one count of rape, and one count of involvement in the distribution of Class A drugs.

Khalid Del-Rosario, 45, of Upperton Rd, Eastbourne, was acquitted of one charge of conspiring to engage in child prostitution and one charge of involvement in the distribution of Class A drugs.

In a statement made outside the courthouse, Mr. Del-Rosario expressed gratitude to the jurors and conveyed his satisfaction at having his name exonerated.

The case has been postponed for sentencing on Monday.

Detective Chief Inspector Mark O’Brien stated after the case’s conclusion: “This is a landmark case, conveying a clear message that individuals who seek to exploit vulnerable young people in this manner will face investigation and can be held accountable.”

We also aim to honour the girl herself, whose testimony, steadfastly provided with the use of exceptional measures like a screen shielding her from the defendants’ sight, was pivotal in achieving this result. We express our gratitude to the Crown Prosecution Service and prosecution counsel Richard Barton for their diligent efforts and the professional, convincing presentation of the case.
