A previously convicted Huddersfield Paedophile sex offender, Kyle Parry, has been reincarcerated following the rape of an exceedingly intoxicated and “exceptionally vulnerable” girl in Caernarfon.

Kyle Parry, previously incarcerated for the sexual assault of a five-year-old kid, was informed by his victim that he will “never comprehend the anguish this has inflicted upon me.”

Kyle Parry, 29, of Wellington Street, Huddersfield, was sentenced to eight years and nine months’ imprisonment at Caernarfon Crown Court today (June 10) after admitting to rape and assault by penetration.

Prosecutor David Mainstone stated that in December 2021, Kyle Parry was examined by a probation officer to evaluate his continued risk of perpetrating sexual offences.

In the interview, he revealed that he engaged in sexual intercourse with the girl, expressing concern that she would report him later, but asserting that the encounter was consensual.

In early 2015, the girl was at Kyle Parry’s residence in Caernarfon, where she was characterised as being in a “paralytic” condition and vomiting due to her drunkenness.

Later that evening, Kyle Parry assaulted and violated her.

Kyle Parry, previously convicted for producing obscene images of children, will be subject to indefinite notification requirements under the sex offenders register, and a lifelong restraining order has been issued for the victim’s protection.
