Leigh Pilkington Accrington Paedophile

Back in 2023 Leigh Pilkington, the Accrington Paedophile, convicted for compensating three minors to undress while recording them has been incarcerated.

The initial incident occurred in Huncoat Greenway, near Bolton Avenue, at approximately 5:15 PM on October 2.

Leigh Pilkington, 47, confronted two victims, one of whom was under eight years old, while they were engaged in play beside a stream and commenced recording them. Leigh Pilkington initially enquired if they wished to earn some money, then instructed them to remove their shoes and stand in the stream for a “YouTube dare.”

After providing one of the victims with £1.50, Leigh Pilkington instructed the child to remove their T-shirts and lie in the water, which they complied with. Pilkington subsequently provided one of the victims with £5, instructing the lads to remove their trousers and sit in the water.

In response to the victims’ reluctance, Leigh Pilkington instructed them to disrobe.

At this juncture, both victims commenced to fear, with one articulating that he was trembling and incapacitated.

Leigh Pilkington was subsequently interrupted by a dog walker and departed the vicinity.

Our officers identified him and confiscated his cell phone.

Despite Leigh Pilkington’s deletion of the footage from Huncoat Greenway, our officers successfully retrieved two tapes featuring a third youngster recorded in Accrington.

In the video, Leigh Pilkington challenges the victim to remove his shoes and dance for monetary compensation. Subsequent to the victim’s action, Leigh Pilkington expresses gratitude and presents him with two £1 coins.

In the subsequent video, recorded shortly thereafter, Leigh Pilkington requests the victim to remove his shirt and dance once more, which he complies with. Leigh Pilkington subsequently instructs the youngster to “lower his trousers,” which he declines to do. Pilkington attempts to persuade him by providing £20, but the boy declines once more. Leigh Pilkington subsequently provides him with £10 and departs from the vicinity.

Following further investigation, detectives determined that the child was enrolled at a nearby elementary school.

Leigh Pilkington was unfamiliar with any of his victims. All have since received assistance from properly trained cops.

Upon searching Leigh Pilkington’s residence, we discovered a wicker clothing basket containing children’s garments, including a Brownies and Rainbows shirt, despite the absence of any children at the location.

After consulting with the Crown Prosecution Service, Leigh Pilkington, residing on Walton Street in Accrington, was charged with three counts of enticing a minor under the age of 13 to participate in sexual activity.

He admitted confessed to all three charges and was sentenced to 40 months in prison. Leigh Pilkington was subjected to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and mandated to register as a Sex Offender.
