The Sutton Paedophile Flasher, Leon Clarke, who persistently exposed himself at train stops has evaded incarceration.
Leon Clarke, 49, of Sutton, confessed to displaying his genitals with the intent to cause alarm or distress on seven times over the past year.
Two crimes occurred at Cheam Station, while one transpired at Herne Hill Station.
The additional violations occurred at other stations in London and Hertfordshire, including Romford, Woodside Park, and Croxley Green.
On Tuesday, May 27, Leon Clarke was presented at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court, where he received a one-year community order and a £10 fine.
Leon Clarke was issued a five-year sexual harm prevention order prohibiting him from approaching, touching, or attempting to converse with any unfamiliar female in a public setting.
The order also bans Leon Clarke from sitting next to or opposite any lone female or child at a railway station or on public transport except where there are no other seats available.
Leon Clarke has been added to the sex offenders register and will be required to register with the police until 2030.
